1619415 GSM Patch(s)

After going through my old Ubuntu HDD I found some old GSM patches for both CM12.1 and Stock based ROMs I also found my MegaAPNFile that should support any carrier you can think of (if not, sorry about that). I am not sure if these still work or not so it is up to you to test, just flash in recovery. Please note I WILL NOT provide any support if these don't work/break anything. Feel free to upgrade these to work with more current ROMs, just mention me;).
