Is there w way of resetting /kiclstarting accelerometer on mediatek platform?
I've already tried flashing a fresh rom through fastboot and calibrating in engineering mode but it didn't help.
The problem is that the accelerator itself is working but it shows funny data
By funny I mean x and y values are equal to zero, only z value varies. (X sometimes goes from 0 to 2 sometimes bu that's all).
Phone is xiaomi redmi note 2 with mediatek SOC
Rom is MIUI bit I've tried AOSP also , and it didn't work.
Is it possible that the sensor is faulty/ broken ?(phone is one week old:/)
