Dear XDA-Developers Community,
The most strangest thing happened to us during those 4-5 years of mobile games development business - our Chartboost account was suspended on 23 September, 2015.
We haven't received a robust proof for this kind of action from Chartboost yet, only vague and unclear statement ("From our data, the vast majority of your users do not behave like real game players") without any fact-sheets, figures, explanations, etc. Moreover, instead of providing a convincing basis for account suspension, they're requesting information about our user base to resolve the issue (which is very strange from our perspective). Besides, even their unclear statement is not logical and contradicting, because we've spent more than .000 only in the last 3 months on Chartboost for user acquisition via their interstitial ads.
Anyway, we tend to believe that Chartboost is the most powerful ad network for mobile game developers, their reach and transparency are just amazing (as stated by T.Palm), but this kind of treatment towards their loyal developers contains worrying indications until this issue is resolved.
Dear Community,
What kind of steps should be taken from our side to speed up the process of solving this issue and made them be quicker in responding to our emails?
Do you have any experience or ideas in regard to this situation?
Your comments and opinions will be of much help for us.
