I have a problem with the Galaxy S4 phone, namely when I connect it to a laptop or any other computer, it starts to charge the phone, but not to recognize it on a laptop or computer, it just does not happen anything. I tried the latest version of Kies, and then manually reinstall a driver, and with a change of ports in * # 0808 #, with USB Debugging, none of this did not help. If someone had a similar problem or knows the solution to this problem, I would ask him to help me.
