"Ok Google" detection greyed out

Hello,

I am having an issue with "Ok google" detection, I have the OnePlus 2 A2001 (Chinese Model) I have flashed Oxygen OS 2.1. The issue is I want to enable Always on but it is greyed out saying the language is not supported but the system default language is English so not sure what it is referring two.
