help | best way to share smartphone screen on pc

Hi,
I need to share my galaxy note 3 screen or the Samsung tab s screen on PC.
I tried to connect by cable, WiFi by the image is low quality and slow.
Is anyone know what is the best way (or by which App) to share the screen within good resolution ?
I want to share a screen which displaying a live video...
