So I recently tried to flash the stock rom on my nexus 7 wifi 2013. following the instructions a how too guy, I wiped the old firmware off of it so now it only boots in the boot loader. Every time I try to flash a new rom with ADB i get a message saying error: cannot load "bootloader-flo-flo-03.14". I extracted everything into my platform-tools folder. I really am not sure what the issue it. Any ideas?
