Hey guys i have a bricked tablet, but has no name or any markings

I have found some information, i tryd to install cynogenmod from the sd card, but it stoped the instalation and said this devive is nuclear-twd, i also have the mid number, not sure if it helps, mid-a13 android 4.2-v1.0 20130121, thuis device will not boot normaly, it only goes to the screen with a dead anddroid with a red triangle, so finnaly i figured out the trick to open the recovery, i wiped the data and restored to factory, i noticed it did this very quickly, making me think it has no os whatso ever, or that most of the os has been deleted, i need to know what is the best rom that is compatible with most 4.2 devices, at this point installing the wrong rom isnt going going to hurt too much, so it may be process of elimination, i only paid 5 dollars for the device, since it was broke, so any good suggestions would be greatly apriciated, i would like to install a costom recovery unless its not neccesary, im new to installing roms, but this would be a great way to get started, as long as i dont mess up the stock recovery before i get a costom recovery, also opening the recovery is horrible on this tablet, u have to hit power for 1 second, then vol up and down and the the camra button all at the same time, so it takes more then a few trys to get it open, so a costom recovery that will open simply by holding power and 1 other button would be a great start, thanks guys, also please provide links to roms that might work, and please only roms that i can easily download, i hate trying to download a file and it saiss oh u gotta do a survey and download some crap, then u gotta complete offers, that u gotta pay for, lol dont need that stuff, just the easy ones to get, thanks very much for listening, have a great day, ill be sitting by my working tablet, waiting for some valuble input, thanks
