I wiped android os from my iconia a500

Hi. I accidently did a system wipe on my iconia a500 with TWRP and I cant even install a rom anymore. This happened on my first attempt of installing a rom. Does anyone know how to re-install any rom (preferably 4.0+). Btw I was using Android 3.0.1 before it got wiped. Thanks!:D
