KitKat flashable zip file thru recovery ?

Do we have any flashable zip file of KitKat/ ZVE or so to flash thru TWRP ? I am currently on Cloudy 2.2 (GSM mode) and wanna go back to Sprint ROM for some purpose, but do not wanna lose all personal data by the TOT method . TIA
