Just got an LG VK810 4G Verizon (clean ESN) that is running stock Android 4.2.2 (software version VK81010c) and I would like to get the recent Lollipop software upgrade. When I try to do a system update via WiFi, I get the "We were not able to download this update" message. Do I need a sim card in order to do a software update?
