Looking for someone with an Huawei "Phone Account", please help!

Hey guys,

i'm looking for someone with a Huawei "Phone Account", and is willing to help me generate my bootloader unlock code :)
i am from Germany and can't register a "Phone Account" with my phone number.

i desperately hope there is someone that is willing to help me, just post here and i'll provide the necessary information via pm! :)
