I have been on @ggow's Nexus ROM for a long time - think version 1? I saw recently that the bootloader was unlocked a while back, so I decided to tackle that and then upgrade to v4 so I can get Kit Kat.
I have Kit Kat, but still no microphone in Google Hangouts. I believe I remember seeing something back in Android 4.2.2 days on his ROM that there was some issue with the microphone driver - it would work in Skype, but not other applications very well.
Any ideas on how to get it working in Kit Kat?
