mobileiron and lolipop 5.1 configuration issues

HI I just bought a new phone which has lolipop 5.1 and tried to install Mobileiron from Google play . The download started and following were downloaded
Mobile@work ......ok
secure apps manager ..ok
divide PIM ..ok
however docs@work is downloading and when we try to install it ...installtion starts and then error is shown App not installed ..


I have already formatted the phone twice ( hard factory reset ) however still issues persist can some one pls help
