Motorola RAZR M stuck in boot loop

hi,

my razr m recently restarted and got into boot loop. i don't what i did, may be deleted some system app. now it won't go past motorola M logo. it stays on the logo for few seconds then a green strip splashes to top of screen and it restarts.

boot loader is locked so i have tried flashing stock rom with rsd lite. the flash is successful without errors, i even erased cache, userdata with flash but the problem is still there.

any help? :confused:
