New battery won't charge to 100%

Hi, I just replaced my Nexus 4 battery (with original replacement from LG) an I have hard times to get it to 100%. I already tried deleting of batterystats several times with no success. Battery acts really wierd:Attachment 3490456

Can anyone help me? I am on last stock rom with root. Thanks!
