oncircle problem or bug

Hi, i have enabled the oncircle feature on my s6 edge plus....928f

I can not see the option that allows you to send emoticon or camera picture...but i see only "call" and "message"

in other settings of the messages I have not even the option enchanced message

why??:mad:
