Private mode after root

Hey all has anyone tried private mode after they have rooted and flashed the permissive kernel?

Also what services are required to be running so that it will work?

When I try to enable it I get a message "Failed to enable private mode. Please try again."

I have disabled all the Knox apps and services from starting.
