Thanks to Keith Myers for compiling a remix os nexus 9 factory image which has a working run bat flasher and no issues overcomed,
The reason why remix os own factory image didnt work was due to the missing vendor and bootloader img which jide forgot to add in their package

remix os 1.5 based on 5.0 lollipop
remix os 2.0 COMING SOON.... based on 5.1 lollipop
