Just got a Safestrap Note 3 NC4 it was running Alliance build 2.
When I got it it had 13gb of internal being used and seen lots of previos owners pictures etc… so I figured id download build 2 again to sdcard and restart from scratch.
I booted to TWRP.
Did a full wipe except MicroSd.
Did format typed yes and it immediately jumped into a Samsung bootloop.
I tried entering recovery again and it says recover loading and goes back to a bootloop.
It will go into download mode but that's it.
What do you suggest my next approach should be?
