Screen is dead, however it connects to PC

The screen of my OnePlus One is ****ed after some water went inside it.
The buttons work however the screen is completely blank.
It connects to PC and I can see all my files intact.
What should I do?

Is there a tool that can let me see my phone's screen on my PC? Please help.
I'm a noob at this.
