Toggle in notification panel

Hi Modder

I would like to add more toggle like SmartStay SmartPause WiFiHotspot etc in notification panel

I've tried many apps and SQLite editor and I can add all toggles but when I reboot my phone I everytime lost my toggle

HOW I CAN DO?PLEASE HELP
