Want help about AppOpsXposed

I have installed the Xposed framework and also the AppOpsXposed. I want to give a suggestion/feedback to the developer of the AppOpsXposed. How can I find the developer. If you can please also give a link to the page of AppOpsXposed in the forum, if such page exists.
