First time here after talking to AWESOME Verizon tech.

Howdy all! First time here was inspired to make my S3 great by a Verizon tech earlier tonight. Was told to download Odin. As soon as I started my browser got hijacked by "Search.epolife"... I guess my age has caught up w. me :rolleyes:
I use a Mac and from what I've seen Odin is Windows. Please point me in the best direction from here (ie start line). Heard great things about you all- please be kind. Thanks in advance.
