Switch between ower and users

I have not rooted my yureka and do not wish to do so. Its running on CM12. Is there any way to swap ower and other users account. Multiple user provided in Android 5.0
eg: 'A' has a owner account while 'B' is another user. I want to make 'B' owner and 'A' ordinary user. How shold I do it without factory reset and root?
