Judging from the build.prop and the instructions provided by LG to build the kernel, and various system information apps, the software on this phone does not have 64 bit enabled. However, the a53 cores used in the chipset DO support 64 bit, as well as armv8-a instructions, which judging from the build.prop, this software does not support either. Does anyone know if building the kernel with a 64 bit toolchain and changing the ro.product.cpu.abilist properties is enough to enable 64 bit support? If not, what modifications to the kernel/OS needs to be made?
