Advanced Ace Hack Kit - cant down load a copy.... help please...!

i trying to find a place where i can download the Advanced Ace Hack Kit.

most of the places i have tried dont really work.

I am trying to download the kit so i can root my phone and then update from android 2.3 to something else.
