Animated wallpapers ala iOS 9

Hello XDA! this is my first post on this great forum :D

I am quite aware android has had animated wallpapers for a long time, but I was wondering if anyone was working on anything similar to IOS 9 or the apple watch's version. Where the wallpaper comes to live as you wake the phone and then freezes.
