Bootloop Problem

hi im using Samsung galaxy note 2 and my phone got softbricked. It just shows Samsung galaxy note 2 booting screen I have tried clearing davlik cache,factory reset,wipe cache but there is no change. all I did was to install rom it booted and got struck on the note 2 screen.please fix this.. Thanks in advance
