Bricked HTC One M8 Cannot Flash ROM or RUU HELP!!

Hi guys, i ussually don't play too much with flashing and stuff, but i was bored and i tried to convert my htc from sprint to GPE, because i am S-OFF, bootloader unlocked and SuperCID, everything seemed to be fine till the flashing via hboot finished and the phone rebooted, but then the problem begun, after the phone started to reboot and the google logo appeared it imediately launchs the hboot but quite different of htc's original white hboot, this time it was black i assume that's because of the gpe conversion, well thats what it does im stuck there, the phone wont work with adb, just with fastboot and i can get it to ruu mode, then i flashed twrp to try installing a rom and did a wipe before installing it but no luck just loads de google logo screen and then it sends me again to hboot, then i tried to run the latest RUU exe from sprints htc page from the RUU mode and it starts but stops when reaches "Checking Header" and throws error 155 then i google that and some pages said i had to relock the bootloader and i did it but no luck again, then i tried to flash it via fastboot and again starts fine but then "remote 32 header" error appeared and it wont let me install the RUU to go back on Sense 6, i dont know what to do now, im desperate, i wanna save my phone i need help guys! Please!.
