charging issue with yureka

my phone is charging very slow. like it takes 15 hours to complete 80% charging. also it does not charge when i am connecting to the portable charger and many other charger which are works fine with my friend's yureka.
i tried factory reset, i called to yu care but they are not replying. they are just keep giving me the time.
whats the problem? and what should i do?
