Facing undetected sim,unknown baseband

hi guyz, My phone's imei null ,baseband unknown just after performing root & cwm recovery via mobile uncle tools.
I tried to solve by watching tutorial through youtube & some blogsites too.But unluckily in vain :(
please help me out :( . what to do?
