HELP ME! Tcl S960/Alcatel 6043D. AOSP ROM

hi guys,
i have downloaded the AOSP Rom android 5.0 style from NEED ROM and i AM getting an error "error installing binary update" and its not installing !! please can anyone give me step by step instructins on how to install it through TWRP plz guys :)
