How to fix nand write start fail

I bought a Galaxy Grand Prime (G530H) device few days ago and It runs on Androdi KitKat. Yesterday I went to update it's firmware to Android Lollipop using odin.
when the process start it shows me this
what do i need to do to fix this problem? please help me.. :(
