Htc one m8 mid problem

my phone orginal mid is 096b7000 but i change mid 0p6b1000 so europe m8 and and i flashing 4.16.401.10 firmware with ruu. i cant install europe ruu (error:155):( and i can flashing custom rom compatible with sprint htc one m8. when i flash custom rom i open my phone it it pass the white screen and again come white screen and my phone stop this second white screen but when i press the volume button i can hear the voice and i can see the volume cofiguration. Pls help me how i can fixed this :(
