HTC one Max stuck! Can't update can't remove tampered and many many more.

Dear all

Need help I have searched up and down all over the forum tried many méthodes without success.

I am stuck can't OTA update and now have tampered.

Picture attached and I am lost since yesterday reading and trying can anyone help simple steps to recover?
