I JUST Closed the BOOTLOADER?!!!!

So after 2 years with the bootloader closed... now my bootloader is with the status again on NO, i mean, "Bootloader unlock allowed: NO"

is this normal? if you relock your bootloader this is what happens?

also, is ther a way to unlcok it again? without needing to send it to sony again?çç
