LG G2 does not call .. no efs but has imei.

Last week I found a cell phone in a shopping mall. (LG G2 MINI LTE) MODEL: D625

it possessed a live chip, which apparently think it works ...
DID JUST A FACTORY RESTORE.

as well ... I had a cut chip on my iphone, and tried to put it .... sometimes not found the mark or not recognized the chip.

Just I thought the guy had blocked the IMEI ... but dps tests .. ta saw that all ok.


bought a new chip, which was detected .... it worked up internet at 3g / 4g
so that does not receive calls or make calls ... or sms.

there I did not know ...

thought it might be some internal problem ... then I decided to change the room, so to test
However, when I went back up the EFS folder, no program meets or application.
I manually scanning the folder ... nothing.

Funny that all information ... IMEI band .... everything ... everything ... in the phone menu .. without error.


and that's it.

Someone would know what the solution to the phone to make calls etc ... ???
