LiquidSmooth V4.0-2015-01-23 D850 Bluetooth issues

I've looked through several of the forums for an answer for this problem.
I connect to the Bluetooth radio in my Kia Soul, but it's completely unresponsive & I don't hear anything.
I must reboot my phone to get it to work.
My phone is connected to my Moto 360.
Any help is appreciated.
