Not all apps in recents?

I can't pinpoint it but either flashing the only kernel or one of the roms has changed the behavior of what is shown in recents. I don't see all recent apps in the recents. Tapatalk, ebay, root Explorer, Google+, just don't show in recents. Is any one experiencing this?
