I have a Tmobile Note 3 on Lollipop. It is rooted and running Twrp. I started encryption an hour ago, and it still has a blank screen with the notification Led softly changing between light blue (possibly white) and purple. Is it stuck? If so, is it safe to hard reset? I really don't want to lose all my data at this point.
