Note 4 snappiest ROM?

Currently ROM 5.0.1 is not snappy(fast), feels sluggish and just hasn't got a good touch. I love the current S6 lollipop 5.1.1 its so snappy and smooth.

Any ROMs or something else to make it snappy or anything? I am being tempted to get the S6 as this Note is just sluggish.
