[problem with all roms]S4mini 9195 keeps freezing and rebooting on enabled data

hello everyone :)
i got 2x s4mini devices with same problem

When enabling data and browsing ,phone freezes and reboots...
i have tryed all roms...
@F4k 's all CM12.1 roms
carbon rom
aicp rom.

even cm11...all same problem.

devices are from UK and france,both 9195...icant understand....

any idea whats going on???
