[Q&A]Unlocking the bootloader via sony

Hello everyone. Today I was doing nothing and went to check if the Xperia M4 Aqua was in the list of devices on the sony teaches unlock the bootloader. But it was not, so I tried for the Xperia T2 Ultra Dual, but the part of the device's IMEI I put my Xperia M4 Aqua Dual and I received my unlock code. My question is, if I type "fastboot oem unlock -i 0x0fce 0x <my unlock code>" the device will unlock? I thought I'd try, but my device had problems some time ago and the guarantee resolved, but I'm not very confident. Anyone tried this? Did it work?
