[Q] Light Bleed or Other Display Issue?

Greetings! I am wondering if it is possible for this to be light bleed or is it another display issue? Basically a white bar is about .5" from the bottom bezel of the tablet. I do notice there is light bleed in that area, I'm wondering if it's the cause of the white bar? I tried my best to capture the defect and outlined it in red. It is quite hard to see in photo, but very easy to spot in person on light colors etc. I know there is a separate light bleed thread, but I thought maybe this could be another issue?
