flashing these files could get us reception on our m919.Joe_modo pulled RIL from our Nk2 and Oh3 modems so all we have to is flash v4.5 then flash the RIL. Zip. Please report back after flashing

Credits go to Joe_modo!!if this works make sure you go to the i9505 thread in albe s6 rom forum to thank him!
Below is his post please read it!
This proved a bit more difficult than the ATT variant, as all of y'all have complications, m919 doesn't have a Lolli modem, and i337m has soooo many modems! I did a quick review of both forums, and I tried my best to determine which modem's were most commonly used, and which ROM's would be best to pull from... So I did my best, I hope something here works for y'all. Before flashing, please read everything I have to say, because I'm a total power freak and I love telling you what to do.
Lemme break down a little bit about each zip, which are both attached below, and available here
KEEP IN MIND, I DON'T HAVE THESE DEVICES, I CAN'T TEST, AND AS SUCH, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESN'T. Below is only based on assumption, nothing more. Each is simply a zip containing essential RIL files ("libril.so" "libsec-ril.so" and "libsecril-client.so", from /system/lib/), pulled from whatever mentioned stock rom base is noted in the file name. These are all flashable with a custom recovery. You can easily reverse the affects of these zips by going back to recovery, and flashing Albe95_s6_Port_RIL_Backup.zip, which, as you can probably guess, contains the original RIL files from this ROM, version 4.5.
First things first, a hypothesis. These RIL files do not need to be model specific, they only need to work. The only reason I specified the original RIL fix I uploaded was for ATT_OC4, was because a) I knew for a fact they worked with my phone, and modem, and b) I don't have the other devices to test. It may even be that all these RIL files will work on all other variants and modem's, who knows! But knowing what I do know about everything now, I have reason to believe the RIL files from Albe95's 3.5 release will work for those of us with this LTE issue. As such, I've uploaded a flashable zip for us to test, Albe95_35_RIL.zip, because I tested my hypothesis, and it worked just as well as my stock ATT files!
So, if for some reason, your variant and modem-specific RIL zip doesn't work for you, flash that one and report the results. Like I said, you can easily go back to the original's of this rom with Albe95_s6_Port_RIL_Backup.zip.
I hope @Albe95 has no problem with me supplying this, if so please say so, you won't offend me, this is your thread!
i337m
Several i337m users have reported LTE works for them without changing RIL files, so this may not be your issue at all, if this by chance worsens your service, revert to Albe95_s6_Port_RIL_Backup.zip
I337M_OC4_RIL.zip--- I pulled this from a stock I337M OC4 rom from Rogers. I wanted to pull more variety for testing purposes, but I'm tired, sorry. Hopefully the 3.5 RIL turns out to be a generic fix and we don't have to worry anyway. I tried to find OH1 stock, but I could not find a good download source.
m919
M919_NK2_RIL.zip -- Pulled from stock NK2, 4.4.4 rom, which from everything I've read, this modem version still works well with Lollipop, and is the most commonly used one.
M919_OH3_RIL.zip-- Pulled from the recent OC3 update (which seems to include little more than the stagefright fix, and WILL POSSIBLY LOCK YOU INTO THE OH3 BOOTLOADER IF UPDATED), again, from stock.
I9505_OB7_RIL.zip-- Upon visiting your subforum, I found a post by muniz_ri, from which I downloaded this stock i9505 rom and pulled the RILs. The reason I'm including this, is because it's a stock lollipop rom that works very well with your modems, NK2 and OH3. I have reason to believe these will make Albe95's 4.5 release fully functional for you as well.
ATT i337
you have two choices, ATT_OC4_RIL.zip from MY POST A FEW PAGES BACK, or use the Albe95_35_RIL.zip, which worked just as well for me.
I have not looked at either the Verizon, or Sprint variations, nor am I aware if they have the same LTE / null IMEI issue.
If these do not work, let me know so I can take them down, or at the very least, if they work for some, add warning. I hope the 3.5 files work for all, as a generic fix is always nice, no need for all this downloading, converting .img to .ext4, hunting specific roms!
Oh gosh, I did it again... I told myself not to let this post turn into a novel... BUT HEY! I LIKE WORDS!
WHILE THIS FIX WORKED FOR ME, AND OTHER i337 USERS, IT MAY NOT BE THE CAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEMS. AS ALWAYS, YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY.
AND GUYS! ALBE95 IS ONLY ONE GUY, WE ARE THE MANY! AND MANY OF OUR ISSUES ARE OFTEN RESOLVABLE IF WE'RE JUST WILLING TO TROUBLESHOOT, AND EXPERIMENT! IT'S TRIAL AND ERROR! Let's all make an effort to fix our own issues when they arise, I believe in y'all. And besides, as long as you have Odin, and backups, you can't do too much harm. I beat my phone up this week, I've flashed it 200 over these years. I've soft-bricked it and fixed it many times... and I still haven't tripped knox . Maintaining a rom like this takes a lot of time and effort, let's start showing Albe95 that we appreciate it!
