Rookie mistake

I seen I had an update available this morning...so I factory reset thinking that was enough root removal to get the update.

.....Hangovers....

Well it didn't work out. Kernel is 3.4 and my Android version is still 4.4.2 . It's on Verizon 4G so I'm worried flashing with Odin may cause termination of my 4G.

Any tips? Any help?
