Snote erased

CAn anyone please tell me how to recover accidentally erased Snote and action memo? I had some info i need like yesterday written in there and i cant seem to find anything... Also, the apps in the market only try to recover my pictures.... I got those saved but i didnt backup these notes and i erased em by mistake as I flashed Dompop. Any help will be extremely appreciated!
