Varanty void with stock firmware (?)

Hi there. I was note 3 owner untill i broke it. Now i own the N4. Sooo... my question is do i gonna trigger the knox if i flash stock FW with odin?

Noting important.. anywas this days im rooting my device, im just curious about that thing.

Ah.. and where can i found CMW Recovery?
