voip apps error

hello. this is my first post here. I have a problem with my mobile when i call through messenger, line, imo it shows "unfortunately ,messenger has stopped" "unfortunately ,line has stopped" respectively. i think it may show for all voip apps in my mobile. but when i factory reset my phone and reinstall the messenger and other voip apps it works but again after few days it again show error message only when i use calling function . im using Micromax A092 unite android 4.3 rooted .. can anyone know the solution for this. sorry for my bad English thank you
